RESALE HOMES
We would like to help you find you the perfect home. Please give us a call or email us and we will begin your search. We can tell you all the available homes that meet your wants and needs. We will also keep you updated on the market, telling you about new homes that come on the market and price changes.
Homes in the REALTOR MLS (Multiple Listing Service) qualify for our cash rebate program. However, we MUST be the first real estate agent to show you the inside of the home. Feel free to “drive by” and check out the house and neighborhood, but if you want to see inside the home, call us! If another real estate company shows you the home, that home will not qualify for the rebate. Please remember that we are a full service real estate company and we are more than happy to show you homes.
We look forward to working with you. We will provide you full service buyer agency services (in other words, we will represent you, not the seller) and, we will typically give you a CASH REBATE from the real estate commission we receive at closing.
NEW HOMES
Our rebate program also applies to new home construction and new home communities. In order for us to be paid a commission and in turn pay you a rebate, it is IMPERATIVE that Buyer Rebates Realty be your “registered” Realtor with the builder. We strongly prefer to be with you when you first visit a new home community and handle this registration in person. (Remember we are a full service real estate company.) However, should you visit a community without us, you MUST tell the builder’s site agent that you heard about the community from Buyer Rebates Realty and that Buyer Rebates Realty is your real estate agent. If you complete a builder registration form when at the model home you MUST indicate Buyer Rebates Realty is your real estate brokerage. WE MUST BE PRESENT BEFORE YOU DO A LOT DEPOSIT OR ENTER INTO A CONTRACT.
